As the importance of The Song of an Emerald Dove is recognized, it becomes
increasingly important that I make myself available to meet my readers and discuss
the story. Winning the Coalition of Visionary Resources (COVR) People's Choice
Award this year has been very supportive of my mission. Look for the 2007

A DISCUSSION WITH XANNA VINSON

Xanna talks about the many ways in which the Earth speaks to us,
and the ways in which we can answer that call. "Listening to the Sentient Earth" is a presentation and discussion about our
responsibilty to take care of Her..."

The Maya warned that in this century the Earth Mother would shrug Her shoulders, announcing Her discontent, removing all that would harm Her. Have we been watching and listening? Xanna reads excerpts from The Song of an Emerald Dove and weaves the experiences of its
women into the telling.

Xanna Vinson has worked for decades to understand the signs, obtain information, and find others who share her concerns. What do other cultures say about the interrelatedness of our lives and that of the Earth Mother's? As spiritual people, what is our responsibility to the Earth
and our fellow travelers?
